Digital products:

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or sent to the customer.

If there is a technical issue with accessing the digital product, please contact us at meimoegirl@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue.

Physical products:

There are no physycal products.
In case of adding them in the future, we do accept returns for the physical products but the return shipping is at your own cost.
MeiMoeCosplay will choose the shipping method for the return, and the cost of this shipping will be your responsibility. Please keep in mind that, in some cases, the shipping cost may be higher than the value of the returned item.
